Nomad Developments needed a website worthy of its flagship project, Emera Residences in New Cairo. AdPoint handled the website from design and copywriting through development, backend integration, and launch. Working with the client’s existing branding, we created a digital experience that lets the architecture and sense of place lead the conversation.
Technology & Architecture
Next.js and React power the website experience, with Supabase providing the backend and Resend handling email integration. The launched website is hosted on Vercel.
The challenge was to showcase a flagship development while preserving a sense of luxury, without making every interaction feel like a sales pitch. We balanced immersive imagery, deliberate pacing, and understated copy with clear project information. Visitors are invited to explore first, then start a conversation when they are ready.
